Setup Instuctions

(complete the steps below after you've inserted your SIM card and activated your plan)

All iOS users with iPhone 5s and above will get access to these features, but how you get them depends on your current operating system update.

  • Congrats: Your device comes with settings pre-installed!
  • Please ensure that Cellular Data is enabled through your device's Settings menu.
  • You may receive a notification from Apple to update carrier settings
  • If you do not receive a notification, you can trigger it at any time by going to Settings > General > About Please tap "Update" when prompted.
  • Please ensure that both cellular Data and Enable LTE for both enabled via your device's Settings menu.

Setup Instructions

(complete the steps below after you've inserted your SIM card and activated your plan)

  • Select Settings (located within Apps or the pull-down notifications tray)
  • Select Connections
  • Select Mobile Networks
  • Select Access Point Names
  • Select Add in the upper right hand corner
  • Enter the following information in the fields:

    • Celluar Data

    Name - Wireless
    APN - wholesale
    Proxy - (leave blank)
    Port - (leave blank)
    Username & Password - (leave blank)
    Server - (leave blank)

    MMS

    MMSC - http://wholesale.mmsmvno.com/mms/wapenc
    Multimedia message proxy - (leave blank)
    Multimedia message port - 8080
    MMC - 310
    MNC - 260
    Authentication Type - (leave blank)
    APN Type - default,supl,mms,ia
    APN Protocol - IPv4/IPv6
    APN Roaming Protocol - IPv4
  • Select the 3 dots in the top right hand corner and choose Save
  • Ensure that the new Access Point Name options that you created is selected
  • Restart your iPhone
